Result of a multidisciplinary work aimed at creating functional tools for the Ciociaria communication project. Setting itself as an identity strategy for the artisan heart of that region. We analyze the capacities and historicity of these lands reinterpreting the scifa ( iconic tool of the historical cuisine of the Ciociaria tradition ) and the birth of polenta.
Historical provocation created as a trigger for a new communication on the Ciociaria tradition, land of important cultural contents. Path started thanks to the research of IAM Edizioni and NINE Associati, carried out with the experience of Giuseppe Recchia, MargDesign, and completed with the reinterpretation by Burly’s chefs of a typical Ciociarian dish.
